The engineering record is specific. A shared component library at Cannabiz Elite took roughly 30–40% off the time a new screen costs, and that case study shows how. At Prabidhi Labs, moving a client-rendered application to server-side rendering cut its initial load time by about 30%, and the admin panel I rebuilt loaded roughly five times faster than the one it replaced. At Bookvid the hard part was never the video — it was scheduling: availability windows, recurring series and honest time zones.

I work directly with founders and product teams — understanding the core problem, validating the solution, then scaling what works. I take remote projects worldwide from Nepal, usually starting at MVP and staying through production growth.
